Vista Coffee Catering · The Craft
Espresso Catering in Philadelphia
Philly-roasted beans, café-grade equipment, and baristas who sweat the details.
Espresso catering lives or dies on three things: the beans, the machine, and the hands pulling the shots. We obsess over all three. Vista brings a true espresso bar to events across Philadelphia, built on beans from Elixr Coffee Roasters, the Philly roaster you'll find behind many of the city's favorite cafés and brunch spots. If you've had a memorable latte in this town, there's a decent chance it started with Elixr.
From there, it's craft all the way down. Shots pulled on a LUCCA A53 espresso machine. Beans ground to order on an Anfim Luna. Milk steamed fresh for every single cup. No batch brew hiding under a lid, just our full menu of handcrafted drinks, made one at a time.

Great gear matters most in trained hands. Ours know their craft and love sharing it
The $8 Latte, On the House
Here's the math your guests will love. The drinks we pour are the kind that run about $8 at a specialty café. At your event, they're simply included. Nobody reaches for a wallet, nobody settles for lukewarm drip from a pump thermos, and everybody gets a drink made exactly how they like it. That's a good experience.
And the quality lands with everyone. Coffee snobs notice the crema and the microfoam. Casual drinkers just know this salted caramel latte tastes better than the one they usually pay for. Either way, it's a small luxury people keep talking about after the event ends.
Espresso Catering FAQ
What beans do you use?
We pour Elixr Coffee, roasted right here in Philadelphia. Elixr is a beloved local roaster whose beans you'll find at many of the city's favorite cafés and brunch spots. Locally roasted, freshly ground, and full of character.
What equipment do you use?
A LUCCA A53 espresso machine paired with an Anfim Luna grinder. That's café-grade equipment, which means proper pressure, proper steam, and shots that taste as good at drink ninety as they did at drink nine.
Are the drinks really made to order?
Yes. Every drink is built one at a time: beans ground fresh, shots pulled to order, milk steamed per cup. The bar pours roughly 50 drinks an hour, so the line keeps moving while the quality stays high.
Do you serve drinks besides espresso?
Plenty. Alongside lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and straight espresso, we serve matcha lattes, chai, hot chocolate and herbal teas. Most drinks can be served hot or iced. See the complete menu.
